Each dinner tickets purchased receives a one year membership to SHS and a Free ticket to the 2011 Flower ShowAll proceeds will benefit the Southeastern Horticultural Society whose mission it is to build and maintain learning gardens throughout the Southeast that are the outdoor classroom to teach our children about nutrition, sustainable gardening, and lifelong trade skills. One in every three children will suffer from childhood obesity and poor nutrition before they become a teenager. Our Community Learning Gardens invite children to explore and celebrate nature, empower themselves to grow and eat fresh tasty food and enjoy each other getting to know their neighbors in the garden.
