strawberry jam, honey lavender gastrique

Option B:

buttermilk dressing, pickled shrimp, black mountain blue, crisp shallot

Braised Octopus
georgia red shrimp, little neck clams, english peas, ramps

Spiced Chocolate Tart
spiced almonds and buttermilk soft serve
